Erkek, the executive chef of Ottoman Taverna, shows us the secret to making a fantastic stuffed grape leaf, which is a party favorite in Turkey and simple to make.

You can taste flavors from around the world at the Washington D.C. Travel and Adventure Show, which will be held at the Washington Convention Center on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
